Relax: It's Not That Bad

"Stop worrying about things that you have no control and learn to master the things that you do" is my motto... like not worrying about what other people think about me wearing this loud shirt to work because I'm in My Zone. Like that!

A Checker Champion

In loving to write and express my views of the world around me, I realized long ago that writing had a calming effect on me.  I am able to evaluate situations more clearly after writing about them first.

People are different and take different measures to deflect bad situations.  I try to turn my bad into the positive.

I hope you can experience and appreciate the freedoms of the lives we lead as Americans, appreciating the beauty around you while finding yourself.

Noah's Ark Parody
image001.jpg
"Catch The Woodpeckers"

Everything I need to know about life, I learned from Noah's Ark...

One: Don't miss the boat.
Two: Remember that we are all in the same boat.
Three: Plan ahead. It wasn't raining when Noah built the Ark.
Four: Stay fit. When you're 600 years old, someone may ask you to do something really big.
Five: Don't listen to critics; just get on with the job that needs to be done.
Six: Build your future on high ground.
Seven: For safety  sake, travel in pairs.
Eight: Speed isn't always an advantage. The snails were on board with the cheetahs.
Nine: When you're stressed, float a while.
Ten: Remember, the Ark was built by amateurs; the Titanic by professionals.

No matter the storm, when you are with God, there's always a rainbow waiting. NOW, wasn't that nice? Pass it along and make someone else smile, too.

Consider...

It takes a minute to make a friend, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them and an entire life to forget them.

Think about the people you'll never forget and be grateful of the time they shared with you.

Don't forget your friends.  Carry them with you wherever you go, no matter where they really are and they'll always be with you.
