Contract Day
3//15/08

Mike Napoli drove me ONE TIME.  We took the Suburban to Manor to visit Jamie Balagia.  Why am I writing about such a mundane event?  Because it was a RARE thing.

Mike Napoli is the guy that gave me the advice in January to sell my 1978 Pace Car to that guy in Atlanta on Ebay.  Mike Napoli is a rare breed of friend as is Jamie Balagia.  As am I.  The 3 of us, though very unalike, have an affinity for Corvettes.  We all own them, love to drive (drove in my case) them and all of that.  And we would never know it just from looking at each other.  3 nerd looking guys, Italian, Mexican, Black.  Friends.

I went out there to sign a contract with Jamie and it's funny but I couldn't remember the date. I had to pull up the "properties" of the photo to refresh my memory.  Why is that important?

Jamie knows.  And as I signed it I attempted to read the papers and he commented with a laugh that he knew I would put that "one good eye" on it before signing.

As my wife says, "U right!"
